Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Material Co., Ltd. is located in Gaolangang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhuhai City. The first phase of Zhongli New Energy Material's area covers 67,000 square meters, with 100,000 square meters reserved for the second phase and 167,000 square meters planned for the third phase. The first phase of investment is planned 720 million yuan, with an estimated total investment of 2.7 billion yuan. The company is planned to deal with 200,000 tons of decommissioned power batteries annually, with an annual output of 50,000 tons of lithium battery materials, 50,000 tons of PCB electronic chemicals and 20,000 tons of chemical reagents.

Development Hisrory
GHTECH signed a strategic cooperation framework with Zhuhai Gaolan Port Management Committee in October 2017, and Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. was established in December of the same year. In January 2018, GHTECH signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Department of Industry and Imformation Technology of Guangdong Province , China Tower Group and Guangdong Association of Circular Economy and Resource Comprehensive Utilization, etc. In April 2018, GHTECH signed an admission agreement with Zhuhai Fushan Management Committee. In May of the same year, Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established. In September 2018, GHTECH became one of the first five enterprise meeting the Specifications for Comprehensive Utilization of Used and Scrapped Power Batteries of New Energy Automobile in China, published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the only one in Guangdong Province.
